Syrah comes from our "wine theme" litter. I was looking for an outcross breeding, that had the same type I loved, longevity, and personality. I drove 11 hours each way to breed her dam "Hermes" to her then 10 year old sire "Dylan," who's dam was still living at almost 15! Her sire had the same great longevity as Syah's dam's mother did behind her.
